LOOKING FOR SOMETHING UNIQUE TO YOUR SITUATION?
I design tailored packages to help both individuals and teams to unpack where they are, discover possibilities, and create pathways on the next steps within their personal/professional journey.
- Setting and achieving goals
- Support with stepping into a leadership position
- Discover ways to fit it all in
- Unpacking documentation
- Fulfilling management role/responsibilities
- Problem-solving and inquiry process
I support centres to:
- Enhance the children’s learning through assessing, reviewing, and further developing their
assessment and curriculum framework - Clarify understanding and knowledge of Ministry requirements
- Understand the centre’s curriculum framework
- Understand the cycle of notice, recognise and respond – using provocations (setting up the environment), observations, learning outcomes, learning stories, and next steps
- To understand the collaborative process to work collaboratively
I also support centres, as they move from the appraisal process to developing and / or reviewing the professional growth cycle process which is designed to enhance teacher’s practice and be beneficial to the children in the centre.
Explore, design, and implement a Professional Growth Cycle (PGC)
- Understand and make use of ‘The Inquiry Process’

This is our second year of contracting our Professional learning journeys for our staff with Leanne. Feedback from staff was that having someone tailor our priority learning for our centre and community was much more effective than 1-day courses.
I would highly recommend Leanne’s service as a great way to engage in full team professional development to have effective change within a team and build on strong on-going learning patterns for teachers. – Erin Staples
